Robinson et Samedi Soir by Soul Béton is a funk and hip-hop musical show about a surprising encounter between two characters who have nothing in common. Robinson is a sales rep caught up in the mad rush of everyday life that never seems to stop. One day, when he runs out of petrol in a seemingly abandoned town, he meets Samedi Soir, an unusual character living on the fringes of society. While Robinson tries to save time, Samedi Soir is not afraid to waste it. In this joyful musical tale, loosely inspired by the myth of Robinson Crusoe, Soul Béton chooses to use humour, the absurd and the burlesque to explore our relationship with others and with time. To accompany this touching and unique encounter, the duo creates a collection of groovy dancefloor hits combining funk, hip-hop and electro.
