Theatre / Dance  • From the age of 7
A visual explosion and a slideshow of whimsy

Artists Nanda Suc and Aude Martos return as a physical, explosive and crazy duo, inspired by the heterogeneous and anxiety-provoking accumulation of images on social networks and the breakdown of the consumerist model. In a kitsch funfair setting, they mix challenges, rodeos, kung fu, majorettes… Between extreme demands and intertwining bodies, absurd theatre and rejection of taste, Violent takes us at wild speed to the core of an impressive artistic palette and instinctive, spontaneous writing.

Performed at the Jacques Cartier prison, Violent is anything but. A Dadaist ceremony, burnt out by information overload, this is theatre for everyone.

BIOGRAPHY

> LA SOCIÉTÉ PROTECTRICE DE PETITES IDÉES (France)

Founded in Guingamp in 2014 by Fedérico Robledo and Nanda Suc, the association exploits the clash between its blockbuster fantasies and its passion for “Do It Yourself”. Its artistic identity is nourished by this contradiction and an interest in subcultures and emerging aesthetics, with the creations Cow Love (2012), Heavy Motors (2019), Guingamp Ibiza (2020), Violent (2023) and Chouchou Ténèbre (2024).

Trained as a dancer in Toulouse, Nanda Suc discovered theatre and clowning and moved to Brittany with the company Grégoire and co and then Galapiat Cirque. She teaches and sings with Haim Isaacs and founds the SPPI with Argentine artist Federico Robledo.

Trained in dance, then in balancing, contortion, trapeze and acrobatics at the circus schools of Châtellerault, Lomme, Rosny-Sous-Bois and Toulouse, Aude Martos performed with the Kevin Compagnie, the Subliminati Corporation, the 100 issues company, L’instant K, the Protocole collective, Lucas Condro, Simon Carrot and Yann Frisch, before joining SPPI.
