Karaoke, glitter and dancing; poetic words and manifestos; pop DIY and fluorescent finery… After Collapse is a joyful and improbable piece of archaeological fiction built around celebration and sharing.
Following Be Claude and Nouvelles de Noone, company 1Watt returns to public space with a new celebration of the remains of fallen civilisations. Somewhere in the distant future, long after the collapse, the company has unearthed intriguing traces of the past in the form of songs, texts and dances.
Come and celebrate this rediscovered past, and the great nights still to come, at the heart of a retro-futuristic parade.
After the outdoor roaming performance, the festivities continue inside the Cité auditorium with an open karaoke night, followed by a set from DJ and scratch artist Mathieu Monnot, whose electro-eclectic grooves, breakbeat and cha-cha-cha will carry us joyfully towards the end of 2026.
