Classics revisited
For all ages

With her performance Soul & Rhythm’n Blues Classics, Régine Lapassion, virtuoso performer of American Black music originally from French Guiana, will take us on a journey through time.  Considered as one of the greatest Afro-Caribbean singers with a career filled with collaborations (including Ray Charles, Rhoda Scott, Voices of New Orleans, and American Gospel Singers), the artist will be accompanied by musicians specialised in the genre to perform hits by legends like Aretha Franklin, Etta James, James Brown and Sam Cooke, for a unique Sunday concert that will be both powerful and comforting. This Sunday will be the opportunity to enjoy events by MJC Bréquigny and the Journée à l’Ouest, starting at 2:30 pm, with games, workshops, musical tales for young children and more.
