In this caravan-theatre filled with stories and memories, the cabaret of the Cardinal Borgne appears, as if in a dream, with its dozens of stories that have spanned the century. Rotating between an avant-garde music hall, a cabinet of curiosities, a temple of illusion, an esoteric cabaret and a spiritualist centre of resistance, its various incarnations invade our mental space through the magic of an old piano, a few cards and public dreams. We explore within ourselves the illusion and the thrill of the impossible in this magnificent fairground walk-in that jostles and dazzles like a slightly deranged gift from another world.

BIOGRAPHY
> COMPAGNIE RAOUL LAMBERT (France)
After majoring in being a rock star with a minor in guitar hero, training in theatre, gaining acting experience and selling out to a circus, Mathieu Pasero created the Raoul Lambert company in 2009 with a burlesque, magical and absurd solo: Raoul Lambert enfume la chanson française (creation 2009). Blending new magic, old magic, mentalism, mental magic and illusionism, the company’s creations are above an experience of spectacle, performance, truth and duplicity, icons and idols, weaving an intimate relationship with the audience and humorously sharing our natural propensity for gullibility and manipulation. The company has six new creations to date: Au Cardinal Borgne et autres fantasmagories sur roulettes (2024), Désenfumage3 (2022), Manipulation poétique (2017), Titre définitif* (*Titre provisoire) (2015), In caravane with Raoul ! (2011). Roch Havet (music and acting) joined the company in 2021.
