Following the success of the first performances of Tapis Rouge at Les Tombées de la Nuit this summer, Ko-Compagnie is offering a more intimate winter version of its participatory project. 150 children and adults will be on stage at L’Étage to sing for children’s rights.
The company is working to defend children’s rights through this artistic manifesto that blends polyphonic song, collective choreography and giant puppets. Through a repertoire of original songs created by a team of local artists and under the artistic direction of Corinne Ernoux, Tapis Rouge tackles play, dignity, exile, violence and parenthood in a joyful and festive performance filled with hope.
