Passion, mystery & Stromboli
The 100th anniversary of the ADEC Theatre
Offbeat visit  • For all ages
100 years of history(ies)

Since 1925, 45 Rue Papu has been a surprising venue for fun, discovery, creation, games, wonderment and freedom…

The venue has had several lives – as the Saint-Gabriel community hall, Le Régent cinema after the war, and then a community theatre dedicated entirely to amateur theatre.

To celebrate the 100th anniversary of this local heritage building, which is a landmark in the cultural life of Rennes and the Bourg L’évêque neighbourhood, we’re taking you on an original theatrical journey.

This sparkling creation is orchestrated by author and director Clara-Luce Pueyo from the Collector company, alongside an amateur intergenerational group ready to reveal the little secrets and the great adventure of this theatre through a series of unusual characters!
