In November 2025, Les Tombées de la Nuit organised the second edition of a hackathon dedicated to graphic design and accessibility, alongside Les Champs Libres and Sciences Po Rennes. For five days, art school students and people with disabilities came together to design the visual identity for the upcoming Nos Futurs festival.
This creative marathon was an opportunity to address accessibility issues related to the creation of communication tools, challenge the practices of future graphic design professionals, bring together different perspectives, and jointly devise solutions to tackle inequalities in access to culture.
On Friday 27, Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 March, during the Nos Futurs festival, the teams that took part in the hackathon will share their experience with the public and present an exhibition of their work in the Champs Libres hall.
Anyone interested can also take part in the “Pimp your accessible poster” workshop on Saturday 28 March, where you can learn how to create an accessible Nos Futurs poster by experimenting with the available tools. You will also be invited to take a stroll through the Champs Libres building, wearing glasses that simulate different visual impairments.
